Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard: Delivery in 3 to 6 days

• Express: Delivery in 1 to 2 days

To view the exact shipping cost for your order, simply go to your cart and add your address. The checkout page will display all available options and prices before you proceed to payment.

All orders are shipped from Portugal. 

Order Preparation Time:

Please note that shipping times do not include the time required to prepare your order. You can view our current order preparation times on our Current Turnaround page.

Customs and Taxes:

There are no customs duties or taxes within the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Please note that WATC STUDIO has no control over these fees and cannot provide specific cost details, as they vary by country.

Returns:

For non B2B members, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective item, please send pictures of the damage to info@watc-studio.com.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom orders, including printed samples and private showroom orders.
