Yes ! we also supply our Organic Luxury Blanks apparel in an affordable way to the retail market.

But you cannot have access to the B2B services.

Must fill out all required fields appropriately, in order to get an approval.

It takes approximately 24-48 hours for a B2B ACCOUNT to be approved (excluding weekends and holidays). Once approved, you will receive an email to activate your account, be sure to check your Spam !

We have no minimums.

If you want, you can buy all the products as samples on our website. We do not provide free samples of our products.

In most cases, it is not possible to change or update your order. However, you can try to reach us and we will do our best to take into account any changes before dispatching your order.

Please note that this is not always possible.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

If you are a VAT-registered business in Europe you must enter your company details and VAT number to receive a tax-exemption when ordering.

For B2B members, shipping costs are determined by the volume of your order.

For EU, we always offer Standard option (3 to 6 days) or Express option (1 to 2 days)

You can see the shipping cost for your order by going to the cart and adding your address. The checkout page before you enter your payment information will show you the options and prices.

For non B2B members free shipping over 100€ in EU in Standard option (3 to 6 days).

All orders are shipped from Portugal.

It typically takes about 1-3 business days for an order* to be shipped from our facilities.

There are no customs duties within the European Union. For international shipments outside of the European Union, your shipment may be subject to duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Please note that W.A.T.C has no control over these fees and cannot provide any information on the actual costs as they vary from country to country. 

If you have any issues with your order once it has left our factory, please contact your chosen courier, as they are the best at locating your package.

For non B2B members, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping.

If you receive a defective item, please send us pictures of the damage to info@watc-studio.com.

Please note that any wholesale order (B2B members) is considered a personalized order and is not eligible for return. 

We also do not accept returns for Printed Samples orders and Private ShowRoom orders.

If you would like to exchange products , the best way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note : inventory is not guaranteed when exchanging items as stock changes from day to day and we do not accept returns for custom orders (Printed Samples and Private ShowRoom orders).

If you received a faulty product, please send us a picture to info@watc-studio.com and we will be happy to assist you with the replacement.

Once you receive the item and verify that it meets the conditions of the return policy, the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded directly to the payment method used for the purchase.

All our products are manufactured in Portugal using the highest quality fabrics in the world.

We use Digital Printing with the highest output rate in the world, we are able to offer prints with incredible detail, unrivaled quality and feel.

The Digital Printing Lab is reserved for B2B accounts;

1/ Find You Perfect Blank And Click On "DTG PRINTING LAB" to create a printed sample. Use your innovative platform to upload and place our design(s) in order to create the perfect MockUp for your sample.

2/ We manufacture your printed sample in Portugal using our Organic Luxury Blanks and the most advanced printing technology in the world.

3/ Receive your printed sample and if you are satisfied, place bulk production orders with wholesale pricing using your "Private ShowRoom".

If we ask you to make a printed sample before be able to order in bulk, it is because we are a professional platform and our ambition is to only deliver high-quality products.

Indeed, the printing of the 1st product always takes a lot of time and often requires many settings and adjustments in order to obtain an excellent result. 

That's why we don't want to bypass this very important step.

When you order in bulk using your Private ShowRoom, the products you will receive will be identical to the printed samples and therefore no bad surprises!

We are not able to match pantone colours and exact colour matching is very tricky with Dtg Machines. 

We use a CMYK + Red and Green setup and the range of colors we can create is very impressive.

For the highest quality results, we recommend submitting transparent .png files or .ai files at 300 DPI minimum.

You should try to ensure that all of the edges of your files are sharp to avoid bad results.

We are not able to create neon/glow and fluorescent effects.

You are solely responsible for the designs you upload. you must have all necessary rights to these designs, including all rights necessary to use them on products. 

We reserve the right to reject orders based on violation of copyright.
