Frequently Asked Questions

How does the labelling service work ?

To create your main label, you need to be logged in as a B2B member. Go to any product page and click on “Customization Services.” From there, access the Label Builder to upload your design and position it on your label.
 

Once your labels are ready, you will receive a notification. When you place an order, you’ll find a tick box “apply labels” at the checkout. We’ll apply your labels when requested and store the remaining ones for the future.
 

What is the composition and size of labels?

Our labels are made from recycled polyester woven tape and come in two base colors: black or white. Designs are printed in black, white, or shades of gray for a clean and versatile look. Each label measures 5.50 cm x 3 cm (2.17” x 1.18”), providing the perfect balance of visibility and subtlety.
 

Where and how are labels sewn in ?

Labels are sewn exclusively in the main label placements: inside the collar for tees, hoodies, sweaters, and vests, and inside the waistband for sweatpants, sweatshorts, jeans, and cargos. Each label is secured with just two clean stitches, a detail inspired by luxury maisons, offering a sleek, professional finish.

Size information is not included on main labels, and it should not be added to label designs, as all blanks come with a size tag located next to the main label.
 

How many labels should I purchase ?

Labels are sold in batches of 250 units minimum.
 

How long does it take to produce labels ?

Between 7 and 11 business days.
 

How do I make sure I don't run out of labels ?

You can control your labels stock directly in your Private ShowRoom.
 

What is included in the price of the labels ?

When you buy labels, the price includes the manufacturing, the storage and application of the labels on your orders' products.
 

What products can I add labels to ?

You can add your labels on all the products we offer, blanks, printed blanks etc.
 

Can I create several different labels ?

No, for the moment you can only create one label.
 

What happens if I run out of labels ?

You can restock your labels directly in your Private ShowRoom.

How do I access the Custom Dye Lab and which products are eligible?

To access it, simply go to the product page of any eligible item and click on “Customization Services”.

The Custom Dye Lab is currently available for: Oversized Tee, Oversized Boxy Tee, Regular Tee, Oversized Hoodie, and Relaxed Straight-Leg Pants.
More styles will be available soon.

 

How does the Custom Dye Lab work?

You start by selecting one of our blank styles. Then, define your custom color using a HEX code or Pantone TCX reference, and pay a one-time development fee. This covers color matching, lab dip production, and the setup of your custom dyed product in your Private Showroom. Once ready, your product will appear in your Private Showroom, and you’ll be able to place bulk orders from 40 units, with full flexibility to mix sizes.
 

How do I choose my custom color?

You can choose between two options: use our HEX color picker or enter a Pantone TCX code. If you use the picker, we’ll convert your color to the closest Pantone TCX shade. All matches are made using the official Pantone Connect tool to ensure accuracy.
 

Can I preview my custom color before ordering?

Yes, when using the HEX picker, you’ll see a live preview in the builder. Please note that this is a visual simulation and may not perfectly represent the final dyed product. After purchase, we will determine the closest Pantone TCX match to your selected color. This exact Pantone reference will be displayed in your Private Showroom, allowing you to review it before placing any bulk orders.
 

Will the color be exactly what I see on screen?

We use Pantone Connect to convert your selected HEX code into the closest Pantone TCX match, ensuring a reliable reference for textile dyeing.

However, some very bright, neon, or digital-only colors may not be achievable on cotton fabrics. In such cases, we’ll match your choice to the closest available tone from the Pantone Cotton TCX library.

Slight variations may also occur due to fabric texture, lighting, and dye behavior.

 

What’s the minimum bulk order per custom color?

The minimum is 40 units per style and per color, with full flexibility to mix sizes.
 

What’s included in the development fee?

The fee covers Pantone color matching, internal lab dip production used to validate the color, and the setup of your custom dyed product in your Private Showroom with full access to wholesale pricing.
 

What’s the timeline for custom color production?

Your custom product will appear in your Private Showroom within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

Once you place your bulk order, production takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks, depending on quantity and workload.
 

Do you offer any wash options?

Yes, we currently offer stone wash as an optional finish.

It adds depth, texture, and a slightly worn-in look to your custom dyed garment.
 

Can I apply a stone wash to any color?

Stone wash works best on medium to dark colors, where the effect is most visible.

It may have little to no impact on light shades and will slightly fade or soften the base color.
 

What services can I add to dyed products?

You’re free to customize your products on your own after delivery.

As for our in-house services, only main label application (labeling service) is currently available.

DTG printing and embroidery will be offered soon.
