How does the labelling service work ?

To create your main label, you need to be logged in as a B2B member. Go to any product page and click on “Customization Services.” From there, access the Label Builder to upload your design and position it on your label.
 

Once your labels are ready, you will receive a notification. When you place an order, you’ll find a tick box “apply labels” at the checkout. We’ll apply your labels when requested and store the remaining ones for the future.

What is the composition and size of labels?

Our labels are made from recycled polyester woven tape and come in two base colors: black or white. Designs are printed in black, white, or shades of gray for a clean and versatile look. Each label measures 5.50 cm x 3 cm (2.17” x 1.18”), providing the perfect balance of visibility and subtlety.

Where and how are labels sewn in ?

Labels are sewn exclusively in the main label placements: inside the collar for tees, hoodies, sweaters, and vests, and inside the waistband for sweatpants, sweatshorts, jeans, and cargos. Each label is secured with just two clean stitches, a detail inspired by luxury maisons, offering a sleek, professional finish.

Size information is not included on main labels, and it should not be added to label designs, as all blanks come with a size tag located next to the main label.

How many labels should I purchase ?

Labels are sold in batches of 250 units minimum.

How long does it take to produce labels ?

Between 7 and 11 business days.

How do I make sure I don't run out of labels ?

You can control your labels stock directly in your Private ShowRoom.

What is included in the price of the labels ?

When you buy labels, the price includes the manufacturing, the storage and application of the labels on your orders' products.

What products can I add labels to ?

You can add your labels on all the products we offer, blanks, printed blanks etc.

Can I create several different labels ?

No, for the moment you can only create one label.

What happens if I run out of labels ?

You can restock your labels directly in your Private ShowRoom.
